SHIPMENTS TO ISRAEL (GAZA)

All orders to Israel (Gaza) are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you still receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

•            All orders within the Canada are shipped via Canpar or Canada Post 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday

•            International and US orders are delivered by UPS from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hot 48 hours.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Yes Virginia is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•            All orders require a signature upon receipt.

•            We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

•            Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

INSURANCE

Yes Virginia insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Yes Virginia and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the Canada, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the Canada. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Yes Virginia is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

US orders will be charged 13% to offset duties. All duties will then be paid by Yes Virginia and item will be received with no duties owing.

Orders outside Canada and the USA will be shipped, duties owing.  The duty charged will be the responsibility of the client.
