|RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Making a return or exchange is easy using our free collection service. Just make sure you request your return or exchange within 7days of receiving your order.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
2. International returns service: Please use the enclosed return shipping label. The shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If the item is exchanged, the new item will be shipped with no shipping charges.
It’s free to exchange items for the same item in a different size based on stock availability. Shipping is complementary on the replacement item, but exchanges made to destinations outside of the Canada will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply. To exchange an item, please email Virginia and subject line ” Exchange” and simply specify the new size you require with your contact number, Order number and any additional information that deems necessary.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Yes Virginia account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).
If your order has been sent to a destination within the Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Yes Virginia. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. We recommend that you contact a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately
• If you want to return an item(s), you must request notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be shipped within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same packaging to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
• Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.??
• We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS, DHL or FEDEX service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is 44 Gibson Ave., Toronto, Ont., M5R 1T5, Canada and we request that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in relation to such returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via UPS, DHL or our FEDEX service.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Yes Virginia and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without a Yes Virginia Tag.
All items returned should have a invoice and order number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
A refund should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within seven days of receiving this number.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Yes Virginia and will only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that refunds may request after 14 days will also be granted at our discretion.
SHOES AND BOOTS
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Yes Virginia. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
